Salade
Micro greens. Pecorino cheese. Roasted kohlrabi. Lemon vinaigrette.
Plat de Résistance
Bison bourguignon. Lardons. Carrots, parsnips and onions.
Dessert
Broiled halumi. Cardamom, butternut squash sauce. Honey.
